David Ogunwole :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is the Chief Executive of Back on Track Housing\nand has 25 years\u2019 experience in a Generic Housing Support. David spent many\nyears working in social housing sector, starting his career as a Housing\nOfficer in Metropolitan Housing Trust and progressing to a number of local authorities\u2019\nleadership roles in the Housing sector, including charitable organisation. In\nrecent years he has worked extensively with Vision Housing Consultancy services\nas a Resettlement Manager supported vulnerable people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rachel O Popoola :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Owing\ndiverse academic and professional history, she as an individual with a wide\nspectrum of skills. Primarily, possess sound knowledge in the sphere of legal\nstudies, social and community service, she has also had management experience\nin the field of social service and enforcement with local authorities and\nHousing association combine working experience of 18 years. She currently\nmanaged a sheltered Housing complex \u2013 Retirement Living where she is supporting\nthe retired elderly and vulnerable residents in a sheltered accommodation to\nlive independent lives. She has completed law degree and completed her Postgraduate\nDiploma in Legal Practice (LPC). Rachel advises the charity on matters of governance and housing including\ntenancy issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peter\nHenry:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A self-motivated determined individual with\nvast experience of working within a fast-paced customer focused environment.\nWith years of experience working for HMP as a Prison Project Advisor, Shelter: <\/strong>  advising\nprisoners on housing options, provided a comprehensive homelessness prevention\nservices, liaising with social services and solicitor and wide experience in\nworking with London boroughs, Housing Associations and independent organisation\nfor the past 20 years. Peter have great communication, listening and\nnegotiating skills which are effective in dealing with difficult or challenging\nsituations. He has the ability to convey complex information effectively and\nclearly. Peter methodical approach to starting and completing tasks, valuable\nmember of trustee on risk management and litigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr\nMelis Phanos:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

25\nyears of Private landlord, Mr Melis is a great entrepreneur. He started his\nbusiness career in textile over 40 years ago.  He is a man of\nintegrity, and    has deep interest in\nthe mission of the organization.\n His dedication and responsibilities extends beyond attending\nboard meetings regularly. His commercial and business awareness plays a major\nrole in decision-making <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr Jane- Wia Ogosu:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

She has extensive experience in the homelessness sector, having worked in and been a trustee for several organisations. Dr Jane is member of Sickle Cell Anaemia Research Foundation; whose mission is to advance the cure and treatment of sickle cell disease. She has previously worked as Director of Fundraising at a disabled children\u2019s charity, as well as Arthritis Care, with 14 years of experience in the charity sector. Dr Jane has established an orphanage in West Africa. She has extensive knowledge and experience in General Patients\u2019 care, Drugs Development and monitoring, Counselling, Public Health and Community activities, Health Services Management and Development Projects locally, nationally and internationally. Practitioner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yaccub Enum<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is a Public Health Specialist with interest in mental health, sexual health and tackling stigma. He was a Clinical Nurse Manager at East London Foundation Trust, and then completed an MSc in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Yaccub has experience of working with multi-cultural communities in deprived areas of east London. He led the development and implementation of a mental health promotion strategy with a strong focus on community empowerment. This included working with local people, faith leaders and hard-to-reach groups to demystify mental illness, promote mental health and improve access to services. He worked with local communities, raising awareness of HIV testing and commissioning community-based HIV testing services. Yaccub has also worked in various public health commissioning roles and is currently a Public Health Principal in London, heavily involved in the Public Health response to the Covid-19 pandemic. He has co-authored a number of peer reviewed publications, including Delivering Universal Health: A Collaborative Approach. He was also a contributing author of the Primary Care Mental Health in Older People: A Global Perspective, an international collaboration of authors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nicholas Bernard Arthur<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A versatile, well-educated, experienced, highly motivated, inspirational and accomplished leader in Housing Management, with extensive experience in all aspects of Housing Management, Housing Regeneration and Community Development, Community Safety and Partnerships.\u00a0 A transformational and decisive leader with clear vison, drive and flair to deliver high performance with passion for customer care, an excellent organiser with energy capable of working under pressure to deliver high quality customer focused value for money housing services. I have strong track record in project delivery, transformational and change management at both strategic and operational levels within Housing and cross-functional environments. Designing service improvements to deliver strong outcomes reduce risks and achieve value for money, achieving this through effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders. I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, work collaboratively with teams and have an outstanding track record of developing and maintaining partnerships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders, elected members, executives and boards and always get things done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Okonlawon Alli-Balogun<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work Experience: 18 years in correctional\nFertility, Prison and Community Sentence. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 <\/strong>Mr Balogun bring nearly 20 years of experience\nworking in the correctional environment as a Prison Officer, where he developed\ndeep insight into the complex needs of vulnerable individuals, particularly\nthose navigating life after custody. Throughout his career, he supported people\nat risk of self-harm and suicide, assisted those leaving prison in finding\nsuitable accommodation, and worked closely with individuals serving community\nsentences to help resolve housing issues through appropriate referrals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Has a strong passion for helping people\nreintegrate into society and realise their full potential. One longstanding\nfrustrations in the correctional system has been the lack of accessible and\ncoordinated support available to ex-offenders \u2014 especially around stable\naccommodation, which is often the key to reducing reoffending and building a\nnew life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a\nTrustee, I aim to bring my frontline experience and knowledge of the barriers\nex-offenders face, ensuring our services are responsive, practical, and\ngenuinely supportive. I\u2019m committed to shaping a system that empowers\nindividuals, restores dignity, and gives every person a fair chance to thrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
